Sliding Scale Payment

We are providing the sliding scale option for students from low-income households. In order to pay for tutoring at the sliding scale rate, household income must be $40,000/year or less. Please provide one of the following:

• Pay stub (last two)
• Most recent tax return
• EBT Card
• Other proof of public assistance
